La gorra Aorbit presenta una visera curva y una corona estructurada que le confieren una silueta bien definida. El cierre a presión permite ajustar el tamaño, mientras que los distintivos elementos de marca Astars definen el diseño.
La gorra combina una parte frontal principal de sarga con una parte trasera de malla de poliéster, y en su especificación de composición figura un 100 % de algodón. El logotipo frontal de Astars va acompañado del gráfico Always Fast Made to Last y se complementa con un logotipo de Astars bordado en el lateral. Las etiquetas interiores y traseras completan el diseño.
