Jose Maria Lopez, Kamui Kobayashi and Nyck De Vries were involved in an epic fight for the victory in Le Mans, starting the race at the back of the grid and charging through the field, holding their own at the front before eventually taking the flag in second.

Alpinestars drivers Sebastien Buemi, Brendon Hartley and Ryo Hirakawa finished fifth.
