Replacement cheek pad set for Alpinestars S-R10 Helmets, available in multiple sizes.  Alpinestars official replacement parts. When selecting your replacement cheek pad set, please keep in mind that the same cheek pads can be used with all helmet sizes (for example, the cheek pad size M – is a regular size 30. If you want a tighter fit, then you can choose cheek pads with a size 35 or 40. If you want a looser fit, then you can choose cheek pads with size 25, 20 or 15.
